READY, WILLING & RECYCLING

In Washington, DC, an estimated 14,000 people are homeless on any given day. These individuals need programs that will keep them off the streets and engaged in positive activities in order to break the cycle of poverty. READY, WILLING & RECYCLING, a new venture of Ready, Willing & Working, is that kind of program.

Through READY, WILLING & RECYCLING, your business’s used toner and ink cartridges will be picked up at your place of business by one of our trained workers. You’ll be helping to create jobs, reduce homelessness, and reduce waste. Going green has never been easier.

With 13 ink cartridges being thrown away every second in the United States alone, recycling has never been more important. It takes about 80% less energy to re-manufacture plastic than to produce it new. And re-manufactured laser cartridges use about half the amount of oil (a nonrenewable fossil fuel) needed to make brand new ones. Recycling just makes sense.
